Introduction to Restorative Practices

(Tier I/II) – Overview of fundamental theory and practices, including the Continuum, Social Discipline Window and Circle planning & facilitation.
-Recommended for all school/district/partner staff and leadership.

Regional (open to all educators & community partners in Central Oregon)

Bend La Pine SD (open to district leadership/admin) A 2 part training:
October 5th AND 26th (12pm-4pm) at Trinity Episcopal Church Register HERE

Restorative Conferencing

(Tier III) – A responsive process to engage with those who cause and experience harm, along with
related community to bring about healing, facilitate reentry and repair relationships. Learn to
use the template as an alternative response to disciplinary infractions to create more
meaningful accountability, and to foster learning and empathy.
-Recommended for district & building leaders, deans, counselors, social workers, HR

Restorative Staff Culture

(Tier I/II/III) – Utilize Restorative Practices to build healthy staff communication and meeting protocols, as
well as developing skills and tools around responding to harm/conflict.
-Recommended for all leaders & HR personnel

Regional (open to all supervisors/leaders who have completed Intro to RP course)
October 3rd (4:00pm-5:30pm) on Zoom Register HERE

Regional Community of Practice

(Tier I/II/III) – Peer learning and collaboration cohort for daily practice and implementation of Restorative
Practices: monthly virtual meeting & quarterly in-person
-Recommended for all educators & partners who have competed the Intro to RP course

2nd Monday of the month virtual connection: 4:15-5:45pm on Zoom (October-May)

On call coaching & consultation for participants (scheduled as needed)
Licensed educators: If outside your contract hours, COREN is offering a stipend
